CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. These classes will have a large amount of variety from class to class meaning if you come to CrossFit classes 4 times a week you will do a different workout each time! Learn how to develop mental & physical strength, how to set goals & achieve them, and how to build a rock-solid mindset


This class utilizes Concept II indoor rowers and is meant for all fitness levels! This class is great for beginners because rowing is easy to learn how to do, it is low impact, and you’re in control! This total body workout will leave you feeling like you just ran miles yet not feeling the aches and pains in the knees, hips or feet that running can create. You will use multiple muscles as you row while also getting the cardio aspect out of the workout. You determine how hard/fast you row but you will also have the accountability and teamwork feel throughout the class. Come ready to sweat while also keeping your body safe and injury free!

ELC Kids

A class geared towards ages 7-11 that will expose kids to functional movements, make fitness fun and get kids excited about their sports! With the goal to make our youth healthier, prevent injury and keep kids in shape for their sports, we will focus on speed, agility, power, explosiveness and good attitudes!

Little Lifters

With the main focus to make fitness fun, this class will play games, do functional movements and burn energy! Meant for ages 3-6, we want to get kids comfortable in a gym setting and excited about taking care of their bodies. The goal here is to create good habits right away! Just body weight movements and a lot of fun!

Athlete Bootcamp

This is a class for student athletes (6th-12th grade) who are looking for an opportunity to continue working on their skills within their sport or to continue building strength in their off seasons. Athlete Boot Camp is open to any athlete and focused on strength and stamina to complement their skills in their sports.
